Ice...in Charleston???Well, so, for the first time since I've been here (OK, aside from a couple "tropical storms" and a minor hurricane), the weather utterly sucks right now. Freezing rain - unusual for Chucktown. What REALLY sucks is that tonight is our last show, and it's *very* nearly sold out (that means about 450 people! whee!). The weather will NOT do good things to our attendance. Apparently there's ice on the bridges, which can be quite a mess. What REALLY REALLY sucks is that I'm working in the box office today, which means I have to deal with 450 women over 80 calling to find out what to do with their tickets....and we don't do refunds unless we're totally out of options. Ugh.
Life goes on.
